The Litigation team of the Firm consists of expert lawyers from Oman and Sudan, who act as the SPOR between the Firm and the Courts. For years, the Firm has represented many leading multina­tional corporations and Oman companies in important litigation, administrative proceedings before courts and administrative agencies in Oman, as well as Arbitration proceedings both in Oman and abroad. Additionally, lawyers of the Firm practice regularly before Courts of Oman and have been active participants in landmark cases.

The Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration team of the Firm consists of Omani and international lawyers and specialists who are permanently based with the Firm, and when it comes to deal with complex issues, the Firm has strategic understandings with experts from several countries across the world.
