Domestic Capital Markets

The Firm has assisted clients in structuring their domestic capital market transactions. It has a dedicated team of professionals working closely in the capital markets space – for both equity and debt offerings.

The Firm handles the legal aspects of the entire transaction – starting with the structuring of the initial offering, to the drafting of prospectus and relevant approvals and authorizations required for offers and finally, advising on post-issue compliance and regulatory requirements.

The Firm has drafted, negotiated and advised on structuring and documentation for numerous capital market offerings in Oman, in addition to providing advice in relation to the full spectrum of equity and debt market financial services.

The Firm also works closely with professionals from other disciplines including merchant bankers, investment bankers and accountants, among others.
